This document explains how KokiriApp ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information related to our marketing site and early access waitlist. This is a concise, non-legal summary and will be replaced by a formal policy before production launch.

• Email address when you sign up or join the waitlist.
• Optional name when you join the waitlist.
• Automatic basic logs (e.g. request metadata) to maintain service reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, payment details, or behavioral analytics at this stage.

2. How We Use Information

• To notify you about launch updates or early access.
• To understand aggregate interest in KokiriApp features.
• To send a welcome or confirmation email (via our email provider Resend).

3. Email & Communication

You may receive occasional product or launch updates. Each email will include instructions to opt out or unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent your email address.

4. Data Storage & Security

Emails and waitlist entries are stored in our Firestore database in a secure project. Access is restricted to authorized maintainers. We employ industry-standard security controls provided by Firebase and Vercel.

5. Third-Party Services

• Resend for transactional/welcome emails.
• Firebase / Firestore for data storage.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and compliance frameworks.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We currently do not use analytics or tracking cookies. If this changes, the policy will be updated and consent mechanisms introduced where required.

7. Data Retention

We retain signup and waitlist data until: (a) you unsubscribe, or (b) we determine it is no longer needed for launch communication. You may request deletion (see Contact section).

8. Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from emails via provided links.
• Request deletion of your record by emailing admin@kokiriapp.com.

9. Children

KokiriApp is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for removal.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
